1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 117ph website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 117ph, a legal entity duly licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to provide online gaming services within the Republic of the Philippines.

By creating an account on 117ph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

117ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activities on 117ph. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 117ph reserves the right to request government-issued identification or other documentation to verify your age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

You further represent that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise prohibited from gambling by law are strictly prohibited from using 117ph services.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

117ph services are intended exclusively for residents of the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located within Philippine territory at the time of account creation and each time you access the Platform. Use of VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to mask your true location is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are not permitted to use 117ph services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Account Creation and Security

Each user is permitted to register one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts, multiple registrations, or attempts to circumvent account restrictions will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. 117ph employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password. You agree to notify 117ph immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 117ph is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

117ph is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit activities. In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML laws, we implement comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

Before processing withdrawals, 117ph may require you to submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence) dated within the last three (3) months
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals

117ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, payment methods, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

117ph may share your personal information with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions when required by law or when we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

117ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks), and cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, Bitcoin). All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at prevailing exchange rates at the time of deposit.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. 117ph does not charge deposit fees, but third-party payment processors may impose their own fees. It is your responsibility to verify any applicable fees with your payment provider.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Responsible Gaming

117ph encourages responsible gaming and provides tools to help you manage your gambling activity. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of seventy-two (72) hours. Limits may be decreased at any time without restriction.

4.3 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to seven (7) business days to process.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise approved by 117ph. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and fraud. Exceptions may be granted at 117ph's sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method. 117ph does not charge withdrawal fees for the first withdrawal per month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same calendar month may incur processing fees as disclosed during the withdrawal request process.

You acknowledge that withdrawal processing times may be affected by factors beyond 117ph's control, including payment processor delays, bank processing times, and public holidays. 117ph is not liable for delays caused by third-party service providers.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

117ph may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These terms are displayed in the promotion details and must be read carefully before opting in.

Wagering requirements refer to the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place PHP 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute 10%-20% or be excluded entirely. Game contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies solely to meet wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited. 117ph reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse winnings, and terminate accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash and are forfeited if you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements. Once wagering requirements are met, bonus funds convert to real money and can be withdrawn subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

6. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 117ph are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. 117ph is not liable for errors made by players when placing bets.

117ph reserves the right to void bets in cases of technical errors, obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or fraudulent activity. In the event of a voided bet, stakes are refunded to the player's account, but no winnings are paid.

Maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary based on game type, player status, and bonus terms. Exceeding maximum bet limits while wagering bonus funds may result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.

6.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

All sports bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant sports governing body. If an event is postponed, delayed, or cancelled, specific settlement rules apply as outlined in our Sports Betting Rules section. Generally, bets on cancelled events are voided and stakes refunded.

117ph reserves the right to suspend betting on any event, adjust odds, or refuse bets at its sole discretion. Suspicious betting patterns, including coordinated betting or arbitrage betting across platforms, may result in bet voidance and account investigation.

6.3 Casino Games and Random Number Generators

All casino games on 117ph, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. RNG systems are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories to verify compliance with industry standards.

Game outcomes are determined at the moment you initiate a bet and cannot be influenced by 117ph, game providers, or players. 117ph does not and cannot predict, control, or manipulate game results.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 117ph and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Fraud and cheating: Using bots, automated software, hacking tools, or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or engage in chip dumping
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account per person to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions
• Underage gambling: Allowing minors to access or use your account
• Money laundering: Using 117ph to launder proceeds of criminal activity or engaging in structured transactions to avoid reporting requirements
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving gaming services
• Account sharing: Allowing third parties to access or use your account
• VPN use: Using VPN or proxy services to mask your true location
• Arbitrage betting: Exploiting discrepancies between 117ph odds and other platforms to guarantee profit

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action. 117ph cooperates with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected criminal activity.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 117ph Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, and game designs, is the exclusive property of 117ph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 117ph.

Unauthorized use of 117ph trademarks, logos, or proprietary content may result in legal action and claims for damages.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

117ph provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from bugs, viruses, or technical errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 117ph disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

117ph is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits, even if 117ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall 117ph's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and agree to hold 117ph harmless for losses incurred through your voluntary participation in gaming activities.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 117ph, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights
• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Any fraudulent, negligent, or wrongful conduct on your part
• Disputes between you and other users

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations with 117ph customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue legal remedies.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 117ph. All claims must be brought individually.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 117ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you subject to successful completion of KYC verification and wagering requirement fulfillment for any active bonuses.

117ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive account termination.

13. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.2 Waiver

Failure by 117ph to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it in the future. Waivers must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of 117ph to be effective.

14.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from 117ph. 117ph may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction.

14.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 117ph regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
